I had a great stay at this hotel. the location is perfect, right in front of a crossing bridge to the beautiful Cornish area. It's also situated in a quiet area, but still conveniently close to all the restaurants. Secondly, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. They were always ready to assist with any requests and made me feel welcomed. Finally, the rooms had a classic design which I found to be quite charming. The basic amenities were provided, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room decor.
The hotel could improve on the freshness of the breakfast served.

The location of the hotel is nice, however its more likely to be called a brothel-house more than a hotel, with the late night calls I received from other guest asking me to send them a girl or two, and my constant complains to the reception asking them to locate the whereabout of this unknown caller, which went useless because the staff were busy with other drunk guests and the duty manager missing for no reason. The furniture was very old, the phone was not working, the tv was unplugged till I asked them to plug it in !! its an experience I will never wish for again.

The breakfast that was offered had a nice variety and had friendly staff to serve you. The bed in the room was comfortable to sleep in. , the view from our room was amazing.
Christmas stay was not good. The noise level was too high all night long, and it was difficult to sleep.

Breakfast was good, though they did not serve the cereal as per the menu the cook breakfast was plentifull
Wifi was not working in rooms or reception area. Hotel is tucked away in what looks like a dodgy alley way. Though I must say it is a safe place to stay.

The holiday period was great fun but unfortunately our hotel choice was not. However, it was conveniently located near the beach and a bus station. We received a complimentary breakfast every morning, but it lacked variety and quality. The rooms were comfortable and featured a great view. The staff was jovial and amenable to queries.
The pool was wretched, as it was very small and uninviting. The hotel staff had poor knowledge of the city, and couldn't recommend any must-visit places, nor could they provide proper transportation information.
